The Ula Score
One number your clients understand
Most people can't read a test strip. Everyone can read 9.5 out of 10. The Ula Score turns six readings into one water quality score, and it works the same on every device.
for each reading away from target
A reading on target costs nothing. The penalty grows the further it drifts, up to that reading's weight. pH and free chlorine matter most.
Readings you skip don't count against you. A visit with any of the six readings gets a score.
| Reading | Target | Weight (points) |
|---|---|---|
| pH | 7.5 | 2.5 |
| Free Chlorine | 8 ppm | 2.5 |
| Total Chlorine | 3 ppm | 1.25 |
| Alkalinity | 90 ppm | 1.25 |
| Cyanuric Acid | 40 ppm | 1.25 |
| Total Hardness | 350 ppm | 1.25 |
A perfect 10 is marked Excellent. Over several visits, Ula shows whether each tub is improving or slipping.
Features
Built around how a service company runs
Your brand on every email
Your logo, your sender name, and replies straight to your inbox. Write the message yourself with fields like {client} and {date}.
Pricing that adds itself up
Set a price for each service type and each chemical by unit. Ula totals every visit and flags anything that isn't priced yet.
Accounts for your whole team
Add technicians in seconds. Filter visits by tech, and deactivate someone the moment they leave. Their access stops right away.
Addresses with several contacts
Rentals and property managers are covered. Keep several contacts per address and choose who gets each summary.
On the phones they already carry
An Android app, and on iPhone it adds to the home screen and opens full screen. The same account works on the web.
Backyards with bad signal
Visits save on the phone first and sync when there's a connection. A tech can always see what hasn't gone up yet.
